Have you seen this new Adriano Zumbo cake yet? It's one of the wheelies!The Wheely Lost (spelling?) consists of hazelnut meringue, apple compote and 'Anzac moisture'.
It just so happens that it matches the giant ferris wheel at Darling Harbour. The cake may not match the ferris wheel in size, but it sure beats it for taste (not that I've tasted the ferris wheel...)
